TerylTeryl Rothery the Canadian actress, is known for her performances on stage or screen, as well as in television and film. She is best known for her role as Janet Fraiser in the TV show Stargate SG-1. [1] She co-starred as Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove as well as had key role as Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring in Arrow and Celia Hudson in Nancy Drew. Rothery has been in several television films. Rothery started dancing lessons when she was nine years of age. In 1995, Rothery considered that this was the start of her career as an entertainment professional. [2] Her first professional performance opportunities as a performer came in the musical Bye Bye Birdie at age 13 and also in the production of Marpole Community Theatre of The Sound of Music at age 14. As a child she danced on The Irish Rovers variety television show and was a part in The Sound of Music at the age of 14.
